Signals
Claude Code

V2 adds Signal rules under Tools, owners, a Mine / All view, and signals from the three MVP rule types.
Earlier version
The first take, with about 20 example signals of many kinds, before Signal rules and the MVP rule types. Kept for comparison.

CTL Session Experience
Claude Code
The CTL coaching session, individual-first (V2): every issue has a Coach now action, so coaching one at a time leads. Grouping is the secondary step — add related issues so they share one cause and one conversation. Explores the feedback that quickly coaching individual issues should lead, with grouping as the option.
Earlier version
The first take, with grouping as the primary flow: pick several related issues up front and coach them together under one shared cause and conversation. Feedback that may cause managers to group excessively.

Coach Now

The manager meets it just after reading every finding, with the scheduled CTL session stated first so coaching now reads as the exception, and the summary card notes the session up front.
